Kanzler House

How we handle your data

This page describes what happens to the data you give us on this site. It is written to be read, not to be ticked off.

Who processes it

Kanzlereco House, Lda
Rua Cidade de Vila Nova de Famalicão 343, 4760-482 Esmeriz, Portugal
VAT [POR CONFIRMAR: NIF da sociedade]

What we collect, and nothing more

The booking form asks for: name, email, phone, where you live now, where you want to build, whether you have the land, when you intend to build and the slot you picked. The notes field is optional and free — write whatever you want there.

We collect nothing else. The site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and does not follow you between pages. Fonts are served by us, so your browser does not contact third-party servers to load them.

Why, and on what basis

The data is used to book the visit, prepare the conversation and reply to you. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. It is not consent: that is why there is no box to tick, and also why there is no consent to withdraw — but you can object to the processing and ask for erasure, as set out below.

Who else sees it

Three providers, each with one role:

None of them uses your data for their own purposes. monday.com and Google process data outside the EU; those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. [TO CONFIRM: signed data processing agreements with monday.com and Google.]

How long we keep it

On the website server, the record of your booked slot is deleted automatically 90 days after the visit date — once the visit has happened it serves no purpose. If sending to the CRM fails, the request sits in a protected queue and is deleted after 30 days.

In the CRM, the card stays while there is a commercial relationship or a legitimate interest in getting back in touch. [TO CONFIRM: CRM retention period.]

What you can demand

Access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, a copy in an open format, and objection to processing. Write to info@kanzler.house and we answer within 30 days.

If you think we handled your data badly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD. We would rather you spoke to us first.

If this ever changes

If we start using analytics or advertising, this site will ask for your consent before loading anything — and this page will say what changed and from when.
